A Basotho-owned capital journey
Building wealth together. Owning the future.
LEFA is shaping a transparent way for Basotho to pool discipline, direct capital through visible governance and build long-term assets together.
- Governance-led
- Evidence-first
- No guaranteed return
Membership terms remain subject to the final constitution, applicable law and authorized approvals. Returns are not fixed or guaranteed.
How shared capital moves
One journey.
Evidence at every turn.

The membership engine
A unit of belonging.
Not a profit package.
The business plan calls the proposed membership unit Seabo. The experience makes the price and cap clear while keeping eligibility, allotment, transfer and cancellation decisions visibly gated.
- Illustrative unit price
- M2,500.00
- Planned maximum
- 1,000 units
- Return basis
- Not fixed or guaranteed
- Public state
- Subject to approval
Diversification by design
A portfolio idea with the unknown left visible.
The plan spans markets, property, listed shares, permitted finance, liquidity and operating needs. The listed allocations total 90%, so the interface refuses to disguise the unresolved 10%.
M250,000 in the full-subscription scenario remains pending member and professional review.
Illustrative business-plan structure—not current holdings, valuation or performance.
Why the model earns trust
Modern experience.
Visible controls.
A beautiful interface should make accountability easier to see, not make the underlying proposition look more approved than it is.
Member authority
Ownership begins with a voice
Defined meetings, rights, approved decisions and access to authorized reports place members at the centre.
Oversight
Risk before reward
Allocation, limits, conflicts and performance require documented review.
Evidence
Records that connect
References, approvals, reconciliation and reports create an inspectable trail.
Boundaries
Gates stay visible
Pending legal, portfolio and product decisions are shown instead of silently assumed.
Questions worth asking
Clarity before commitment.
These are the questions the proposed model must answer before participation can become an approved product journey.
01What does an account prove?
An account provides access to the platform. It does not itself establish approved membership, allot Seabo or promise a return.
02Is M2,500 a live public offer?
No. It is a business-plan parameter subject to the final constitution, applicable law and authorized approvals.
03Is income guaranteed?
No. Capital is at risk. Any distribution depends on actual results and lawful approval after expenses, obligations, taxes, provisions and reserves.
04Where is the remaining 10% allocated?
It is not allocated in the current business plan. LEFA keeps it visibly unresolved until an authorized decision is recorded.
