Knowledge before commitment

Member education

Use these plain-language foundations to ask better questions about membership, pooled capital, investment risk and the records members should expect.

Five questions to ask

Before money moves

  1. What approved document governs this action?
  2. Which legal entity and account receive the funds?
  3. What fees, conditions and risks apply?
  4. What receipt, status and evidence will I receive?
  5. How can I complain or correct an error?

Fraud awareness

Protect account and payment details

  • Never send a password, one-time code or recovery token.
  • Verify payment instructions inside an authenticated channel.
  • Do not upload identity or bank documents through the public contact form.
  • Question urgency, secrecy and guaranteed-return language.
  • Report suspicious activity without forwarding credentials.
